Northpinellas: Developers see shiny jewel in old landfill

One of the comments. "Sounds like another Love Canal". My sentiments exactly. Long after the Developer is gone or changed their name so many times you can never find them. Long after the County Commissioners are retired and moved away. Children will be developing cancers and who knows what else. Someone will say "gee that was a bad idea". If the land is to be developed it should be for industrial or light manufacturing only. Children playing this toxic waste leeching up from years of uncontrolled dumping will suffer.
